Shipping

We will advise of an estimated dispatch date by return email on all orders. If your order is a custom made to order garment you will be advised by return email or phone call of estimated production time. If an item is out of stock you will be advised by return email with the option to wait for your B/O or if you prefer an immediate refund. Castle Parcels with track and trace are used for 2 business day deliveries within New Zealand.

Courier charges are a flat rate $7 inc GST Chch and immediate surroundings and $12 inc GST the rest of NZ.

For international shipping New Zealand Post is used and the charges vary depending on the weight and dimensions and the shipment option as listed below. Cost will be confirmed with the customer prior to shipment, and prior to the charging of the customers credit card for the shipment and order cost. Please contact us using the contact page to arrange your international orders. The below options are available and are priced accordingly.

• International Economy Courier (2-6 working days) - Tracked, Signature required
